How do I unlock additional tales?

To access paid tales, purchase talecoins in the app's store. One coin unlocks one tale permanently. The first chapter of every tale can be listened to for free.

Is the app safe for children?

Yes. The app contains no advertising, collects no data, and has no links to external websites. Purchases are protected by a parental gate — children cannot accidentally make purchases.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. All tales, illustrations, and audio are stored directly on your device. Internet is only needed for making purchases.

I bought coins but the tale didn't unlock. What should I do?

After purchasing coins, you need to open the tale and tap the unlock button. If coins didn't appear after purchase, try restarting the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@kzk.pp.ua.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. For refunds, please contact Apple Support.

What devices does the app work on?

The app works on iPhone and iPad running iOS/iPadOS 18 or later.
