Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Kazka app (the "App"), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of the App
Kazka is an app for preschool-age children featuring Ukrainian folk tales with illustrations and audio narration. The App provides free access to some tales and offers additional content through in-app purchases.
In-App Purchases
- The App offers purchases in the form of "coins" used to unlock additional tales.
- All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's terms.
- Coins are consumable — once used to unlock a tale, they are not refundable.
- Unlocked tales remain accessible indefinitely on the device where the purchase was made.
- Purchases are protected by a parental gate to prevent accidental purchases by children.
- For refunds, please contact Apple Support in accordance with their refund policy.
Intellectual Property
Tale texts are based on Ukrainian folk tales that are in the public domain. Illustrations, audio recordings, design, and the App's source code are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright.
Copying, distributing, or modifying the App's content without written permission from the developer is prohibited.
Use of the App
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's content
- Distribute the App's content without permission
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App and is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
Changes to Terms
The developer reserves the right to modify these terms. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this page.
