Introduction

The Kazka app (the "App") is designed for preschool-age children and their parents. We take children's privacy and safety seriously. The App is designed in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data We Collect

None. The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from its users — neither children nor adults.

Specifically, the App:

• Does not require registration or account creation
• Does not collect names, email addresses, or other contact information
• Does not collect location data
• Does not use cookies or tracking technologies
• Does not include third-party analytics SDKs
• Does not contain advertising
• Has no server-side component — all content is stored locally on the device

Local Storage

The App stores only purchase status information (which tales have been unlocked) locally on the device. This data is stored using standard iOS mechanisms and is never transmitted to external servers.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases to unlock additional tales. All transactions are processed exclusively by Apple through StoreKit. We do not have access to users' payment information.

Access to purchases is protected by a parental gate (an adult verification check) to prevent accidental purchases by children.

Analytics

We use Apple's built-in App Analytics provided through App Store Connect. This analytics data is collected directly by Apple and is only available for users who have voluntarily opted in to share analytics during their device setup. We do not integrate any additional analytics tools.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect user data. The only external interaction is purchase processing through Apple StoreKit.

Children's Safety

The App is specifically designed for safe use by children:

• No collection of any personal data
• No advertising
• No links to external websites accessible to children
• Parental gate to prevent unauthorized purchases
• All content is stored locally — no internet connection required
